· Clients must be at least 18 years old to commission artwork.

· SFW and NSFW artworks
Content I Will Not Draw
· Humans
· National and religious topics
· Scat, watersports
· Babies or children in sexual settings
· Diapers
Character Ownership & Consent
· If a client requests a commission of a character they do not own, they must provide consent from the character's owner (unless it is a publicly well-known character).
Communication & Updates
· Preferred contact method: Telegram.
· Discord may be used for process updates if needed.
· Updates are given daily to weekly, depending on workload.
Pricing & Complexity
· Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the character.
· Private commissions are available for +10% of the commission cost, and clients can request a delay in posting the artwork if needed.
Completion Time
· Artwork completion takes 2–6 weeks, depending on complexity.
· This timeframe does not include queue time if there are other commissions ahead.
· I reserve the right to freeze a commission at any stage due to temporary disability or personal reasons.
Revisions Policy
· Major changes must be done during the sketch stage.
· Minor changes are allowed, but corrections due to artist mistakes (e.g., missing markings) do not count as minor changes and will be fixed for free.
Payment
· Payments are accepted via PayPal or local bank transfers (Malaysia only).
· Full payment must be made after the sketch is confirmed before further progress is made.
⚠ Transfer fees: Clients are responsible for covering any transfer or currency conversion fees. Please ensure the amount I receive matches the agreed price.
Refund Policy
· Refunds are available depending on the stage of the artwork.
· Partial refunds may be issued based on how much work has been completed.
· Transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
· No refunds once the artwork is fully completed.
Usage Rights & Licensing
· My artwork is for personal use only.
· The artist retains the right to post the artwork publicly or use it in portfolios.
· Clients may repost the artwork but must credit the artist.
· Clients may not claim the artwork as their own or remove the signature/watermark.
Blacklist & Right to Refuse Service
· I reserve the right to refuse service to rude or difficult clients.
· Clients who violate the ToS may be blacklisted from future commissions.
